    The Jacksonville Regional Chamber supports reauthorizing the Workforce Investment Act to continue educational training for the purpose of providing a skilled workforce for businesses in Northeast Florida.
  • Energy and the Environment
    The Jacksonville Regional Chamber supports a comprehensive energy strategy balancing affordable, reliable and environmentally responsible energy policy without placing undue burdens on local business.
  • Healthcare
    The Jacksonville Regional Chamber supports affordable access to quality healthcare for business owners and their employees through Health Savings Accounts, medical liability reform and small business health plans.
  • Military
    The Jacksonville Regional Chamber supports immediate home-porting of an appropriate number of additional ships at Mayport Naval Station consistent with the Nation's strategic dispersal requirements. The Jacksonville Regional Chamber supports Congressional efforts to increase the benefits for area military personnel and their families, defense facilities, defense industry and defense support businesses. Jacksonville is home to a growing number of defense contractors that play an important role in our Nation and to our local prosperity. We encourage our Federal delegation to continue to support funding for programs important to our defense contractor community.
